Mirror has some streaking. Cardboard backing loose from frame needs staple. see pictures please contact me with any questions as it’s hard to take pictures of mirror things. :) 10" x 13" frame measurements mirror is approx 9x 12. Can’t get an exact without taking it out of frame. %?
