Vintage Doctor's Medical Veterinary Bag
Pebble Grain 3 Latch Leather Corners.
From 1911 in very good condition with an intact inner liner.
Looks great, works great.
A surgical bag for a Doctor, Physician, Nurse, Veterinarian or Musician.
18" x 12" (plus handle) x 9".
6" handle.
Rubberized/coated canvas on metal frame with 3 brass clasps.
Original coating, color and paint in very good condition with some flaking and some repairable separations of the covering.
Inside yellow coated lining is also in very good condition.
Leather corners with round brass feet.
I haven't cleaned the case or re-glued any minor defects.
If you prefer a shiny look, the outside covering will respond to gentle cleaning and a proper coating for rubberized fabric.
"L 8  5" stamped into bottom panel.
Patent stampings look like "Mar 27 1900 Jun 29 1911" on outer clasp.
The stampings are crisp but slightly hidden under the frame.
