Each bear holds 5 BU - brilliant Uncirculated 24K gold plated state quarters. These bears have a higher value since they were very limited in production and scarce due to the company Limited Treasurers only produced 1999-2006 before selling the company. The new management did not pursue the production of the remaining bears. Hence, these are the only ones made. They have yet to produce the remaining State Quarter Bears to complete this set. So this IS the full set. These bears are pre-owned but in exceptional condition.
