Here's an awesome
ROLLING STONES
stub
from July 10th, 1970 at the Gruga-Halle in Essen Germany.
This was the start of a great period for the Stones, when they were about to reach their popularity peak and
put out some of their best tunes.  Although the Brian Jones era may have been their
best artistically,
Mick Taylor whom joined the band in June 1969 replacing Jones, brought them to a higher rock and roll level by bringing great hard driven guitar riffs and strong song writing contributions
.  Once Taylor quit, they lost their edge and their most talented influence and guitarist.
You won't see any 1970 American Stones stubs, as they did not tour the U.S. in 1970 or 1971.  They did not tour much at all actually, but they did tour Europe.  This ticket is in nice
condition but does show some creasing, paper pulls on the back and the perforation is a bit soft and torn just a little, about 1/4".  It's still holding together fine, but if you are familiar with this and most European tickets at that time were basically made of paper.
