KLM has presented Delft Blue Houses to its' world class business passengers since the 1950's.  They are still issuing a house every year.
This house was issued in 1952.
Blue & White Delft Porcelain
Measures 3.25" high
No nicks, chips, or cracks
Top is sealed, has a dark spot on the seal, probably where drained (see photos)
Bottle is empty, sounds like a tiny rattle on the inside when shaken (maybe a piece of wax).
