I have been a collector of coins, medals, minerals, and fossils since the mid-1980’s and not a reseller. About every5-years I go through my collection and sell coins I have multiples of.
For the most part, I always charge straight USPS shipping costs because of tracking.
I am not a coin grader and can only describe the item as how I visually see the coin.
When I list a coin as Bullion, it most likely will come scratched, tarnished, or contain some other blemish as it was purchased just on silver content and not numismatic value.
